If you are a crypto-native, fresh thinking graduates wanting to acquire the essential skill sets to practically apply your knowledge and create a career path in this field; or if you are a consultant, business analyst, project manager or investment analyst, considering your next career move, planning to advance into a more senior role or researching how to be a step ahead of industry changes, and effectively communicate blockchain’s value to stakeholders, specializing in blockchain is the way to do it.


What we are Looking for

With the Fellowship Program, Cipholio Ventures is looking for researchers who are well-versed in the blockchain development space, and can publish papers, give talks, and develop reference implementations about blockchain topics; analysts who have in-depth research on blockchain industry segments; keeping abreast of hotspots and investment trends, and timely identification of potential investment opportunities; maximizing investment ROI within a reasonable risk range; and marketing gurus who can work closely with the team to come up with relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand and event awareness for all events.

Contact hours and workload

This Fellowship Program is a part-time full-time role, and you will expect a minimum of 25 hours per week (either face to face or online), plus a recommendminimummof um 10 hours of independent work commitment per week.


Details

Within three months, fellows will be introduced to and get hands-on various tasks across the aspects of Business Development, Marketing, Analyst and Management, and fellow’s performance will be guided and evaluated at the end of three months, and also along the way so that we can better help you identify your expertise and passion.

Step Three: If selected, you will have a call with our partners to ensure our goals and expectations are aligned. If you advance through the phone screening process, the onboarding process will begin — more details will be shared at that time.
